Casanis Marbella

The word team falls short when it comes to talk about the Casanis staff.

We consider ourselves a big family, which over time has strengthened bonds and, above all, we love our job and we do what we love.

- owner and manager

The cornerstone of Casanis, Guy started studying at the early age of 14 in Belgium and went through countless kitchen of prestige, such as: Comme chez soi (3 Michelin Stars), Garroche Pondres (3 Michelin Stars), and learning from the best, like Le Nôtre.

12 years ago he arrived in Marbella, brimming with imagination and experience. Here, where some saw just a house to be demolished, he visualized, in a dilapidated building on the famous Calle Ancha, a great refurbishment project that would turn it into the artwork that is now Bistro Casanis.

- Cheff

Tulio has a deep knowledge of the style and personality of Casanis, since we had the pleasure of working with him in Casanis Madrid Bistrot, Casamono Brasserie by Casanis and, of course, in Casanis Bistrot Marbella.

Tulio comes back to his home with new experiences and renewed strength, ready to leave his stamp on every dish...
